Description
This is a leadership role overseeing a portfolio of employer health centers for a Fortune 500 client. It is a Build and Lead opportunity for someone who understands employer-based healthcare and can create the operational sturcture needed to support consistency, and scale along with a strong client delivery across multiple sites. The specific requirements of the job are as follows:
- Build and standardize SOPs, workflows, checklists and operating standards across employer health centers,
- Lead the implementation of new services, technology and operational initiatives.
- Develop and manage KPIs for access, utilization, staffing, service quality and patient experience,
- Design staffing models, coverage plans, and training expectations across locations,
- Serve as the operational point of contact for client stakeholders in a polished corporate environment,
- Partner with internal teams including HR, Legal, Finance, Procurement and IT
- Identify risks, and drive corrective actions.
Requirements
- 7+ years of halthcare operations experience with direct multi-site ownership
- Direct experience in employer-sponsored health centers, onsite employee clinics, employer wellness clinics, occupational health or corporate health settings is required
- Demonstrated exprerience building SOP's, workflow, implementation plans and operational playbooks,
- Experience with KPIs, dashboards, staffing models and operational reporting,
- Proven ability to design and implement new systems,
- Strong project management skills
- Clinical background welcomed but not required.
