Description
A fast-growing, private equity–backed healthcare platform is seeking a Director of Operations to help scale a multi-site, multi-specialty network during a critical phase of expansion.
Reporting directly to the CEO, this role offers a unique opportunity to drive real enterprise value creation—leading growth initiatives, improving performance, and helping shape the future of the organization.

What You’ll Do
- Lead new site development from buildout through profitability
- Oversee operations across multiple practices and markets
- Drive performance improvements across productivity, cost, and patient access
- Develop and lead practice and regional operations teams
- Partner with centralized functions across call center, scheduling, and marketing
- Support and execute post-acquisition integrations
- Track and optimize KPIs tied to financial and operational performance
What You Bring
- Significant leadership experience in healthcare operations, including MSOs or multi-site, multi-specialty platforms
- Proven success in PE-backed or performance-driven environments, with a strong understanding of EBITDA drivers
- Demonstrated ability to lead and scale multi-location, multi-specialty operations
- Hands-on experience with de novo launches, buildouts, and post-acquisition integration
- Experience partnering with IT, call centers, scheduling, and healthcare marketing functions
- Strong financial and analytical acumen, with comfort presenting to executive leadership
- A data-driven, execution-focused leader who can operate at both strategic and tactical levels
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $130,000 – $150,000
- Bonus: 10% performance-based
- Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, and more
- Fully remote with travel required
