About Your Company

King Deux is looking for a director of operations & finance to lead an established team of a global asset manager. You will oversee fund operations, administration, compliance functions in Greater China and report directly into COO, CIO.

About your role

1. Manage the overall firm's operation, finance and compliance function by leading a team in Greater China and directly report to the senior partners of the firm
2. support CEO in business development and product development roadmap
3. participate in investor relations and win over mandates from major global LPs (endowments, pension funds, family offices)

What you will need to succeed

1. Fluent English and Mandarin
2. 8+ years operation experience in leading asset management company, with exposure to multi-asset classes (i.e. equity, fixed income , private equity and etc.)
3. Responsible Officer 1,4,9 + VA uplift is expected
4. Solid experience or knowledge on the Operation/ Finance / Compliance work steams for asset management company
5. Entrepreneurship thinking with global aspiration
6. Passionate, proactive, quick learning and be able to work under pressure
