REI Oklahoma is seeking a dynamic and strategic Chief Operating Officer (COO) to serve as a key partner to the President/CEO, providing executive leadership across organizational operations, program development, and resource management and communications.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, management, or a related field (advanced degree preferred); equivalent training, education, and experience will be considered.
10+ years of senior leadership or manager experience
Strong background in financial management, resource development, communications and service
Excellent communication and organizational skills
