Operations Lead role available in Salisbury, NC. Duties incl: Help plan & manage industrial processes for refurbishing used supermarket/grocery eqpmt for re-sale. Prep & maintain accurate production docs such as operating procedures, inventory reports, & productivity reports. Evaluate industrial operations & supv production activities to ensure adherence to all applicable regulations, policies, & procedures for health, safety, & environmental compliance. Help plan work
assignments & production processes in accordance w/ worker performance, capacity, production schedules, & delivery terms. Assist w/ dsgng production facility layout & allocation of eqpmt/tools. Monitor & adjust production processes for quality & efficiency. Provide training & ongoing guidance to production workers. Perform other similar, rltd tasks as needed.
